At Ready Family Guide, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final (Digital Products)

Because our eBook is a digital product, all sales are final. Once the file has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please make sure the product meets your needs before completing your purchase.


2. Refunds for Download Issues

We will issue a refund only if you are unable to access your purchase due to a technical issue.

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • The file cannot be downloaded after purchase

Important:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted

3. Physical Product (Printed Book) Refunds

For printed books, refunds are only provided in the following situations:

  • The book arrives with a printing defect or damage
  • The order is not delivered

All printed orders are shipped with tracking.

If your book is not received within 30 days of the expected delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after purchase
  • The digital file has been successfully downloaded or accessed
  • The request is made after the 14-day window (digital products)
  • The issue is caused by unsupported devices or third-party software

5. How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Before requesting a refund, we recommend contacting us for support. Many issues can be resolved quickly, and we’re happy to help you access your purchase.


7. European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union:

You have the right to cancel your digital purchase within 14 days only if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.

By completing your purchase and downloading the eBook, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your right to cancel, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
